What's wrong with this picture?

I tapped some telephone poles a few years ago...got 3-1/2 gallon of creosote per tap.

Things like this make me love this forum more and more everyday. Some days I think I am the world worst "tapper". Then I see this stuff happens to others and I can laugh.

Oops! Done that too --lol! (That's when it is usually time for a 5 minute break to slow down a bit!)

Been there done that Clearly thats a left handed tap!!!

I seem to have entire days that go like that sometimes.....everything's backwards of how it should be....lol!

I've never put a plug on the end of a cord and forgotten the other part first. . .

I drove a nail in a telephone pole one year and hung a bucket. Nymo had to work on the line for some reason and saw me in the yard and gave me hell for it. Jeez no sense of humor. Jeff

Lol..in respect to my grandfather in his little sugarhouse in the 70's I tap every telephone pole on my street all the way to the main road...I must get a couple dozen people a year that stop in to find out why we have the poles tapped...standard answer is that is how we make the log cabin syrup..and why we have always called fake syrup pole syrup...

To add insult to injury, I broke the tap trying to pull it out so I could flip the hook.

while tapping this past weekend I was reminded of the oak I tapped several years ago while walking by it and spotting the hole.
