collected 30 gallons today and I'm only half tapped...tomorrow I get the pan clean and work on the sugar shack. if it runs tomorrow like it did today, i could be sweetening the pan sooner than I thought! How many of us are "almost" prepared in January and find themselves scrambling for the smallest but important items to get running??
