    Couldn't ask for a nicer day.buckets are filling up and the sap is boiling.got 24 gallons is sap in the last 24 hours off of 25 taps.great day!!

    First year sugar man.got 25 taps on just over a acre of land.its s mix of mostly sugars,norway,and a single red maple.
    Use a 2 pan barrel stove evaporator

    I am also in Wolcott. I have about 30 taps in and gathered about 30-40 gallons in 1.5 days, now the boil begins. I didnt check the buckets all today but tomorrow should be good.

    they're going to pour tomorrow! 21 tonight, 45 tomorrow. perfect combo!

    well, yesterday and today only netted 125 gallons for me, i was really hoping for more to do tomorrow.
