    Default Brown Wood

Tapped 85 today One of the trees I tapped along my backwoods (along the brook) drilled all brown woods chip The tree looks healthy visually. Should I drill until I find white wood or just let those two taps be?

Let them be..the sap wood is only about an inch and a half thick...you can try tapping the holes you drilled but it may leak with the poor wood
