    Thanks for coming up and helping last night keep the boil going. Was good talking thing over about each other's operations.Plan to make it down there soon to see the RO in action!

    Nice set up there, I am jealous of all the nice resources you have. Was really good to compare notes. Too much talking and not enough splitting and loading, but that's always how it goes with visitors.

    Nice run today here, still going at 9pm. I'll shut down everything at 10pm. Tomorrow will be a long day I think...

    All red maples:
    2013/4 - A few taps and propane burner
    2015 - 54 taps on bags and buckets, 2x3 Mason evaporator - 3.5 gallons syrup finished and bottled
    2016 - 72 taps on home-built vacuum/mainline system, home built RO (2 - 2.5 x 21 membranes) - 9+ gallons syrup finished and bottled
    2017 - 91 taps upgrade to RO (single 4 x 40 membrane) - 13 gallons syrup
    2018 - 91 taps - 12 gallons syrup
    2022 - Back after 3 years off, 106 taps on vacuum - 29+ gallons syrup

    Lots to boil but I have 2 woods lines of mostly red didn't run today. Very odd , have to inspect lines in am. Have fun tomorrow everyone,

    After this weeks wind you better check the lines. Today I found 3 lines disconnected from branches falling on them. 16 taps were just dumping on the ground.

    Finished 4.5gal last night from 200 now still working on 150 from this morn run everything overflowing can't keep up but looks to slow with weather that god,John thanks for the nice words as soon as visitors come production goes down but fun to talk,will get down to see your setup need the ro
