Tapped 1/25 in Louisville
Finally getting into a cold spell after a few weeks of "abnormally" warm weather. Maybe this is the new norm - I hope not. Accuweather forecast looks pretty good for the next 2 weeks, but ironically enough the days might be too cold for decent sap flow.
