    8 hours of boiling today. about 175 gallons. my draw-off was 3.5 gallons (boiled 4.5 hours yesterday). the 10 day doesn't look promising. There's at least 2.5 gallons of syrup in my pan. I'm thinking of draining it and finishing it off and clean the pan. I went through almost ¾ cord of wood this season so far and I'm running low!

    103 taps. 44 on gravity
    All sugar Maples
    7" filter press
    10 x 12 sugar shack

    2 of my 30 gallon collection barrels from Saturday and Sunday was testing at 2.8% sugar. Today everything I collected was a hair over 2%.

    I just tested some of mine it's 2.25%, was hoping for 2.5% but it works.
    2016 - 36 Taps - File Cabinet Arch + Food Pans
    2017 - 2.5'x10' drop flues - 3/16 Natural Vacuum - 122 Taps
    2018 - 16x20 Sugar Shack - 3/16 Natural Vacuum - 235 Taps
