Eight cord, split and dry, should make the 150 to 200 gallon of syrup. Assuming good running hard maples at 2% + sap. Also assuming that you gather all the sap and boil it all. Also assumes that you have a very good tight vacuum system. Plan on some 24 hour boils too. Good luck.
