Default 2017 Tapping Begins in SE KY

A few of us have started tapping here in southeast Kentucky during the last few days. With the current weather situation, we hope to have a run during the next couple of days.

Tapped 4 trees yesterday as a test. Got 2 gallons so far. Im likely gonna wait till the next big freeze / thaw to tap everything.
