I certainly can't speak for the pan manufacturers, but o don't think they want a big sales increase at the end of November.
Last time I priced a new rig (April) Thor had by far the best prices. By far.
Lastly, if you're buying new, think hard about a 2x8 instead of a 2x6. Not much more money. Decent amount faster, and more efficient.
