Hello,

I just wanted to get an idea of how much in terms of quantity fellow producers have been able to sell. What sort of volume do people sell in terms of retail, restaurants, bed and breakfasts, breweries, etc? Basically anything but non bulk to fellow producers or the large syrup companies. I currently sell almost exclusively to restaurants and wanted to see what sort of volume I could expect in other channels.

Also, for those who sell maple sugar how much are you able to produce/sell to different channels?
