I would think that our state organizations would support this lawsuit:

I'm aware that they have lobbied congress for stricter laws regarding the labeling of products as "maple" when they in fact do not contain maple products. I just think it's interesting that the public is starting to fight our battle!

I guess it's too much of a surprise when you have the FDA stating earlier this year that it doesn't have a problem with people labeling a product as "maple" when it only have artificial flavors and doesn't contain anything maple.
