I bought my Gold Metal 3077M from popcorn supply in Syracuse NY. This a maple cotton Model[/QUOTE]

That is who I talked to. He talked me into an x-15a whirlwind. He said big difference on maple ribbons was less unmelted sugar coming out. He told me you have run a lot of sugar through one to pay the difference.

Does invert sugar have any control on the process when making cotton candy?

I have had some issues making sugar that I attributed to high invert. (Not tested). I think if you can get it into sugar there won't be a problem running it through the floss head.

What is a good price. Some of the high end machines take alot of electricity to run. In certain situations such as Eastern States zfair. Dedicated electricity in an old building maxed out on the entrance panel. The machines always ran with a handicap. The breeze machines ran and made better cotton candy. The difference between 8 and 18 amps
30x8 Leader revolution, wood fired blower, steamaway/hood. 903 taps all but 54 on pipeline and 3 vacuum systems. Hauling sap this year with a 99 F350 7.3 diesel dump and of course back up is the Honda 450 and trailer.

$300 with stand and bubble, so basically over $1000 if I bought it new. We will be making all cotton candy in house not at the sales location.
