    Default Visual of Budded Out

    Lots of talk about what budded out means. Is it when the bud gets swollen or when the flower actually starts to pop? Wondering if some people out there could help clarify with some pics. Maybe some pics of what you think is good and some pics of what you think is budded out. Maybe we can come to a good consensus if we see it.
