    Default Likely done!

Id say its over here for me. Flow has come to a stand still plus the trees are budding out. Ended up processing 50.5 gallons resulting in about a gallon and a pint. thats about 23 gallons more than last season. I learned a lot about my wood fired evaporator I built and had a ton of fun! Hope you guys prospered.

I would say I'm done. I'm in the western part on Kentucky. I've over 100 taps. Collected 3 gallons in 7 days.

In 2015 we collected about 400 gallons of sap. All from sugar maples. This year we collected about 360 gallons. I was hoping for more, but we will try again next year.
