Default Leader warming pan as finishing pan?

    Hello all,

This is my first post. So honored to be member to site with so much knowledge.

This is my second year sugaring bought new evaporator. Came with warming pan. I've currently got 50 Taps out with more to come. SAP has flowed but not enough to fill evaporator. My question is can I boil down using just my warming pan on my gas finishing rig? Concerns are burning or warping new pan. Within weeks I'm going to buy 2x18 finishing pan.

    Thanks in advance!

As long as it's got sap in it your good to go. Won't hurt a thing.
first year 2012 50 taps late season made 2 1/2 gals.

    2013 2x6 homemade arch 180 taps. 20 Gals.

    2014 40 on 3/16 gravity 160 on buckets.
