Default Deer Run Maple RO Filter question

I have one of Ray's smaller units and I need to stock up on filters. I can't remember what filters came with it. Should I go with 5 or 10 micron?

I purchased a Deer Run 125 last month and it came with 10 micron filters.

Ray will sell you a case if you want to get them from him.

When I got my 250 back in 2011 I figured I'd go online to get a better price on filters by the case. That proved not to be the case. Online I could not match Ray's filter price. I now buy them from him by the case (25 filters). That usually lasts me 2 seasons but I like to keep a full case ahead. I used to get 10 micron, but last time he asked if I wanted 10 or 5, I chose the 5 micron. I will likely use more filters that way, but the sap will be filtered better.
Dave Klish, I recently bought a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.
