Interesting. Generally, we'll have some syrup drop down the bottom, but rarely do we have issues with blowing syrup everywhere. It does happen once in a while.

Checked the tank on the way home. 3-400 gallons in it, so plenty of room for the overnight run. Will haul a load out in the morning. Hoping for a big boil tomorrow night.
