Collected and boiled for the last time yesterday. Lots of cleaning up to do but it will be nice to eat supper in the house, watch a little TV, and get to bed at a reasonable time. Jim

About 9 gallons made. Taps pulled. Shack closed. Considering last year we only made 3 gallons on our home made monstrosity, I'm calling it a great season. Now to wait for the new labels to arrive, and get going on building the website.
