I ran out of wood and called it a season. It was a good season when it looked like it might be a short season. I made 167 gallons and still need to finish what is in the evaporator. I think the total will be about 172 gallons when I am done which is only 3 gallons less than my goal.

Now the part that I hate begins! Time to pull the taps and clean and store everything. The tap pulling part isn't bad but the washing and cleaning everything is the part that I hate. It seems like all of the help disappears when it's time to do that.
