If I need the wood I'll let you know. I boiled in all of the 1020 gallons yesterday and last night and only made 12 1/2 gallons of great tasting amber syrup. I'm thinking that today I will gather up everything that I have, boil that in and call it a season. What started out looking like it could be a repeat of 2012 turned into my 3rd or 4th best ever. I'm at 165 and counting. I may hit 170 but I don't think I'll hit the 175 that I wanted. The reds are ready to flower and I am exhausted.
Alden would you want to trade that very dark strong for amber rich? If so let me know.
