The sap ran good yesterday. In fact too good. While I was at work with nobody here to pump it out the tank in the woods overflowed. I don't know how many times the releaser dumped after the tank was full but it looks like quite a few. Most of the buckets only had about 3" in them and a couple were 1/2 full or a little more. It seemed like it should have run a little better considering what happened on the vacuum and the weather conditions. I'll be boiling again tonight. It's time to start the RO.
