    Had a good 1st day, no real issues. A bit tougher to load the sap into the IBC container than I expected. Probably spilled 5 gallons trying to aim it into the hole in the top. Boiling went well, new rig boils at just over 18 gallons per hour. Got about 4 gallons of concentrate I'll finish up tomorrow. Can probably already get another 50 gallons of sap and may grab that early and finish up all I have and bottle it up. Rest of the week looks great too!!

    I made a little dumping basin out of a 5 gallon bucket that pumps up into the tank. Used it for the first time today and it works well.
