yeah jeff was a good man, friend and a great sugarmaker. i litteraly just got off the phone with leann, as i had call last friday and left a message about getting supplies not knowing jeff had passed away, later friday night jeff`s brother had called me back and told me the news. anyway she told me that they are doing there best to keep everything moving forward, and also said if you plan on getting supplies to please call ahead to make a day and time. let are thoughts and prayers be with her and the family

Yes very sad indeed, 66 years old isnt that old at all, he always seemed active and healthy, never know when your time is up. Alot of knowledge lost with him, he always was a thinker and tried alot of different things over the years. Never was one to open a catalog and write a check if he could find a way to make it himself or make it better often!
