Hey Steve. My first batch has a fair bit of that floating around too. Uggh. I've been letting it settle out for two weeks now. Niter usually falls fairly quickly, but this stuff is STUBBORN! Once it all drops, I'll pour off the clear syrup and bottle it. So, it's not just you. Maybe trees in King Township and Peel Region have lumpy sap.
