First boil 2/22/2012! Went Pefect!

1,000' of mainline
2012 - 105 taps on gravity, 12 sap sacks.
2013 - 175 taps on gravity, 25 on sacks = 200 taps for 2013! Second year.
2014 - 250 taps on gravity, 25 on sacks
Tapped on February 16, 2014
2015 - adding vac sap puller no more gravity for me!

It should be Jan 8-9, 2016 since they would not have it start on Jan 1.
Dave Klish, I recently bought a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.
That is what I thought so I booked my room at turning stone already. Must be others have already done so because not many rooms left!

I sent the question to the State Accoc. because Farming Mag. has it for Sat-Sunday.
I got a reply back from the office at NYS maple producers, the date is confirmed, Jan 8-9, 2016 for the Jan. Maple Conf. at VVS in Verona. It starts at 5:00 pm Friday, 1/8/16 til 9:00, and is 8:00 - 4:30 or so, 1/9/16. The info will not be up until about mid. fall on the details and a list of the sessions.
