    Default Gravity 5/16 mainline connections

I would like to redo my lines this year. I run a gravity system and I am thinking of going to 3/4 " mainline (currently 1/2"). Whats the best way to make connections into the saddles so there isnt any part running up slope. I have seen pictures of people using the slide fittings and connecting to the wire to hold the tension so the saddle doesnt see any stress but there is sometimes a uphill slope left in the little loop back into the saddle. This makes me believe you would need a vacuum to achieve optimun flow for this type of connection. .. thoughts?

If you use a one hand tool or make your own tool you can rotate the tail to flat to eliminate the pitch issue.

I prefer rapid tie to secure the lines to the mainline or in this case to a tree along a brook bank. THis line is not wire supported so rapid tie is the best option I have found.

Let me know if you would like other pics of unusual hooks.

You kinda need to let your imagination run wild when working along banks of streams or ledges. Not like a nice sloped bush.
