Like the title says how much syrup did you make and how was the color? I made 10.5 gallons off of 140 taps darker than normal but still a wonderful taste

Custom built downsized Small Bros. arch and leader pan
Carrying on the wifes family tradition with the help of my brother and my cousin
two miles of almost impassable woods road to get to the sugar bush and shack (heaven)
We ended the year with 30 gallons of dark(robust)whatever color-flavor nonsense of the moment on 430 taps. So icy, snow and freezing cold and damage in the woods. Just no way to take care of it all. Paid our "saviors" they know who they are with sap. Not nearly enough for what they did. just the way things go. Ron loves this so much that it's worth all the grief. Especially since he was so sick and I didn't know if he'ld make it out of the hospital. So we're ok. Cleaned up and still waiting for a buyer.

We ended with roughly 40 gallons from 80 taps - all of our trees are within 100 yards of a major body of water! We think this is why our yields are so high, although we have never measured sap percentage - our daily sap gathering was between 50-150 gallons.
10 gals. in 2011 with 32 taps - all buckets and 2 turkey roasters
2012,2013 & 2014: Patrick Phaneuf 2 x 4 flat pan (again about 10 gallons)

We made 105 gal. on about 600 taps. Mostly medium aber some dark.Sugar content throughout the season was 2%
5.199 pounds per tap or just a little under 1/2 gallon per tap.
I made 21 gallons and sold enough sap to make 3 more (unable to keep up at one point). I had all medium with one batch of dark and one of very dark at the end. I got 0.3 gallons per tap. I lucked out with good sugar content.
