well spent the day in the sugar house cleaning the evap and all the tanks, i am all set now and ready to tap, few loose ends to tie up and thats its, boy am i glad that is all done. I love this hobby but i hate the whole cleaning process, seems to never end. I am looking on tapping this weekend weather is looking good.
