I heard an excellent interview on Newstalk1010 this morning. The topic of the morning was the maple syrup season and the knowledgeable guest was Marty Ennis - also known as ennismaple here on MapleTrader. Newstalk1010 has one of the largest talk radio audiences in Canada and Marty did an exceptional job explaining the basics of sap collection and syrup production.
