I just finished a batch and the color is in between delicate and rich. Which way should it be graded? I do not sell but do give to friends and family. I grade only so they know what they have and can compare flavor. Thanks.

The color must be at or above to fit the grade catagory so your sample would be correctly labeled amber rich
When in doubt go with the darker grade. If it were to be questioned by an inspector you won't get a *** *** slap.
