    Default When the steam cleared !

    We ended up with 2.75 gallons of sweet goodness. Started with 115 gallons of sap. Looking like the sap is going to run good this week, I'm looking forward to next weekend when we can boil again. Hope everyone has a great week . Here's a picture of the end product.

    Thanks Karen.I enjoy you posts, I can tell you love sugaring as much as anyone. I am so glad I stumbled upon this site. The information and people are awesome. Back to work tomorrow.
    Looking forward to next weekend. Store all week and boil all weekend.
