Well it has been fridged here like everywhere else in new England last few days, checked Evaporator last night it was froze up pretty tight so I built a pretty good fire in it took about an hour to thaw. Buckets stayed pretty good in the wind. Saw a lot of galvanized buckets blown around & lids too from other tappers. Might get a little sap this afternoon but it is definitely going to take awhile to thaw. Only 5° again this morning
