It's going to be very busy for the next two to three weeks based on the 10 day outlook. If you get a chance to stop by on Sat or Sunday make sure you identify yourself so I know who I'm talking to. Thanks.

The sap started to turn on Wednesday and finished the last batch on Friday. Pulled the taps and started to clean the equipment. All in all not a bad year about 60 gallons of finished syrup. Less than last year but still a good year.

I was thinking that we are a few weeks early, but might start putting taps in later this week. It might be an early spring.

I put 18 in today and almost all of them were flowing, well see what happens. I'll check em in a day or 2 to see how they are coming along before I tap the rest of em.

Im tapping tomorrow...hope you guys are doing well....it is a little early but my thought is that once March gets here its goinh to get really warm really quick...or at least to warm for quality syruping.
