    Default Selling wholesale across state lines

    Hello,
    We are from Ohio and have an opportunity to sell syrup to a store an West Virginia. Does anyone know of regulations that we need to follow to sell wholesale across state lines? I've looked for info on FDA website with no luck. Any help appreciated.

    As long as you sell your syrup as Ohio syrup you should be fine.

    There are restrictions on selling out of state. It is not allowed under our maple syrup exemptions in Ohio unless you have met certain conditions. Contact Ohio Dept of agriculture in Reynoldsburg. 1-800-282-1955
