    I think the bags you are referring to might be called 'bag-in-box' liners.

    I bought mine from an Amish guy in Burton Oh. (no phone) his name is Owen Miller, his address is 15667 Tavern Rd. Burton, Ohio 44021 (tavern road is state route 168). This is my first year so I'm not the best one to give advice but I think he said he hung 2000 taps and he only had 2 break. They look just like the ones in the attached video except you have to cut the cap off instead of popping it off like the video shows. They are $.40/ea including the washer that you tap your spile through which holds the bag on
