Help with Tier and Tie

I have a situation where i can sell standard glass quarts and pints AND plastic quarts and pints to a chain of grocery stores.

but I do not know what to tell them for the following info since it's my first time with something like this.

Tie: is how many cases of each are on one level of a standard 40x48 pallet.

Tier: is how many levels high are on that pallet.


Does anyone know what is standard tie and tier on a pallet for BOTH quarts and pints (glas and plastic) filled with pure maple syrup?

Or if you have even part of this info please let me know.
