Sadly couldn't make it due to an injury in a motorcycle accident on Columbus day. Hope everyone enjoyed themselves.

It was a pretty good open house. The Smart trek stuff was fascinating, but then again I'm an engineer and like electronic gadgets. Mike did a great job explaining how to install a mainline and drops, especially for someone myself who only uses buckets. Nothing like learning from an expert in his field. I'm a bit too spread out for tubing or vacuum but I do have a couple dozen reds rather inaccessible in the woods that I've never tapped so that will be a good test for this, if I can get enough elevation drop. Gravity only. Will still need snowshoes and my yoke to pick it up. Who knows, it could lead to bigger and better things...
