    Wondered how it went for them, so I Googled it.

    so Quebec made just shy of 10 million gallons. US is estimated to have made 3.1 million gallons.
    Any sense of what the other Canadian provinces did for production? I typically explain to visitors in the sugarhouse that Quebec makes 75% of the worlds maple syrup. just want to adjust my numbers...

    I haven't seen final numbers for Ontario but the yield per tap was similar, if not slightly less than Quebec. There are around 1.6 million taps in Ontario last I heard.

    For 2013 Qc produce 91% of Canada Maple Syrup, and 71.3% of World Maple Syrup. (Source FPAQ)
