Any sense of what the other Canadian provinces did for production? I typically explain to visitors in the sugarhouse that Quebec makes 75% of the worlds maple syrup. just want to adjust my numbers...

I haven't seen final numbers for Ontario but the yield per tap was similar, if not slightly less than Quebec. There are around 1.6 million taps in Ontario last I heard.
