Default It's time to clean the evap and pack up the sugarhouse!

I have been soaking the evap in vinegar water for about a month, so it's time to clean it out now.

Ugh. I have been waiting for temps in the 60's so that it wouldn't be as painful, and that time is here now!

Anyone else dealing with it yet?

Well I did it and it was even more painful than I thought it would be, but it's done now.

There is some satisfaction in knowing that it's done and now I can move on to other things...

I was almost all cleaned up when I had a detachet retina again so things were put on hold. All I had left to do was flush out some lines, but that wii need to wait till fall now.
