Default Commercial Mixer, the right tool?

I came across a really good deal on a commercial 60 qt mixer that has a dough hook, whip, paddle and a 30 qt bowl with the same attachments. My question is; What all could I expect to be able to make with this unit? I know that they make sugar with these units but is it suitable for nuts, cream, and candy?

    Thanks in advance.
