Tapped 3 days on snowshoes starting February 19th. 763 taps on gravity tubing. Crazy season, sugar percentage all over the place. Darker syrup early, lighter syrup late. Overflowing run March 19th - 21st. Finished March 29th, latest ever. Boiled 7,500 gal, two weeks ago didn't think I'd get to 3,500 gal. Should finish to about 140 gal of syrup (lower sugar this year).
