    Still working on the 190gal run,was away till 11am today so back at the evaporater knocked down another 80 or today,finish Monday night,then I collected 70gal today from Friday till today that's that it stopped flowing today till??Shure getting a work out trying to stay pace with it!Just think say 2 weeks and will be thinking about next year?? This is going to be a lot darker syrup even though the batch is more it was going to be darker.pics when I get finished

    Just got in since 5pm boiling down 75 gal,need to finish Wednesday night,nice dark!!!

    It really turned dark these last two batches,but WOW WHAT FLAVOR !!! Looks like a run end of week,glad it stoped with the cold to let me catch up,I was away watching my son playing college lacrosse last weekend.

    precious little too cold! still hitting -10 to -15 these last couple of nights with a high today said to be around -7 grrrrr

    I was able to boil off 3 litres earlier - looks like we get our kick at cans this weekend!IMG163.jpg
