For the opposite reasons too :P in 12 it was in the 60ies and 70ies this time of year. That's the year I rotted the sap in the buckets because it was too hot and I couldn't check them.

I'm with you Brian. It will come, just be ready. Walked Twitches sugar bush yesterday, the snow has to be 3' deep. Its all waiting to melt slowly and run up the trees right into the buckets and lines.
