We will be open...and we will be boiling. When I get home from work, I'm going to see what we have in the tanks. As of right now I haven't lit a fire yet, and will probably wait until Sunday. If all tanks and barrels are full by this evening I will have around 1,410 Gals for Maple Sunday, and keeping my fingers crossed I will empty them again on Sunday morning.
