Good for You. I am trying first time this year with my Dad. When we first tapped the trees he was excited as a kid. We cannot get it to come out right. He is 85 and talks about him and his brother collecting sap with a horse drawn sled.

Haha. That's so awesome. I love listening to old stories from my grandfather of when he was young and all the stuff he would do. Make sure he has a warm fire! Hah. It makes it so much more enjoyable for everyone as long as everyone stays nice and warm!
