This threw me for a loop when I opened the freezer door and saw it, never had it do this before.
Do I thaw them out and added them to syrup I am boiling? Or say screw it !!! and give them to the Neighbors lol
Its worth remembering that syrup with a brix lower than 66 can possibly spoil if not kept refrigerated.

What a welcome relief with the freezing temperatures. It's such a luxury to be able to catch up on the sap without worrying that it's going to go bad, or that more is filling the buckets while you are boiling. *sigh* It seems we've got several more days of quiet in the forest before the taps thaw again.
I totally agree Karen, a very welcome respite.
2017: added shut-off valves at several points on the main line, 66L made, 13L sold

2015: now 216 taps, added low vac (24" hg) to new Sugar Shack (24' x 16') w/400gal storage, 143.15L sold
2014: now 150 taps, added 2 sump pumps to 12'x12' sugar shack w/100gal storage to CDL 18"x5', 2 chamber drop flue, 40L sold
2013: 10 5/16 taps gravity to hose, boiled on BBQ
