    Collected 20 gal of sap this morning. Almost done boiling it down on turkey frier. Can't wait for new pan to get here!

    Game couldn't have been better...at least for those of us not broncos fans...the commercials however did leave a lot to be desired...

    Yeah, my sap would have to turn to actual gold for my boil to be a better result than that game. Poutin Manning had a rough night. Just another playoff game for "the best ever"
    More taps than the year before. Bigger shack than the year before. Leader Patriot 2x6 w/hood. 3-post Dolly, but still too much sap and not enough wood or time.
