Last week here in Castle Creek I got four 5 gallon buckets and then it stopped cold. Today, I got 3 more buckets, and just checked them and they were already a quarter full again after a few hours. I bet they'll be full in the morning. It's suppose to hit 60 degrees in the next couple of days. It might end fast this year. So far, 4 half pints and boiling down today's catch should yield a few more. Not bad for two trees and a propane burner I guess. Whatever i get tomorrow may be itfor me this year. Having a lot of fun anyway!

It sure is flowing today. We have gotten 750 gallons each day for the last three days and we should end up with about 1500 today. Best part it is staying right above 2%. Hope every one is staying up way too late for the pretty light syrup like we are getting😆

Well I hit my goal and then some, so I think I'll go out and pull my taps in the morning and start getting everything cleaned up and put away.
I hope you all hit your mark!

I'll be putting in about half of my taps on Monday, February 15th. Anybody else gonna be putting any out around then?
