2013 - 175 taps on gravity, 25 on sacks = 200 taps for 2013! Second year.
2014 - 250 taps on gravity, 25 on sacks

That there is one fine looking sugar shack. The picture looks like it belongs on a Christmas card.
Its big. Its a multi use building, BBQ, Smoker, ect. So I figured make it big. It has four doors, So I can adjust as needed,Originally Posted by adk1

2011-8 Taps on a very crude block arch

2013- 70 taps total-50 on tubing, 20 on buckets
2014- 75 taps- Low vacuum, 2X4 drop flue
2015- 100 taps-2X6 Mason Drop Tube, low vac
2016-115 taps high vac, 60 taps buckets
